  1. We spray 50/50. So in your pro kit you have 15 cc's of product. We draw up another 15 cc's into the syringe giving us a total of 30 cc's.
  2. This is per Xpel regarding the Opti-Coat Pro on top of Xpel's Paint Protection Film. It's not recommended to put underneath the film due to possible adhesion problems.
  3. It's not official from Xpel but I have been told the Chemist there tested it on their 10 year film. It's not detrimental to the film on top of it. I'm waiting for specifics to come back.
  4. Mental Pre orders have shipped. Happy polishing every one!
  5. I wish I could give you bette feedback on this one. I've only used MDR to remove spotting from sprinklers. After looking up Speed Gloss it appears to be more of an all in one type of quick detailer. MDR is specific water spot remover and is acidic. So you're going to remove most waxes and sealants if you use it.
  6. I always like to do a light polish just to enhance the gloss prior to applying any type of wax or sealant. If your paint is in the same condition 6 months from now you can coat without polishing. I would use Optimum FerreX after washing to deep clean the paint if you're not polishing.
  7. I don't have an answer to that question. I'm 99% sure the disc and towel are the same product. However the eraser i'm not sure of. I guessing the thinking behind the different products would be cost and who is going to use them. A shop like ours would use the disc and towel on a daily basis and cost more then the block. The block being for the DYI persons working on just their personal vehicle. Costing less
  8. Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant is a new, revolutionary product that not only cleans textile surfaces, but protects them at the same time! Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant is a concentrate that you dilute 3 parts water to 1 part concentrate for most applications, or use at full strength for tough stains. Use it to clean greasy dirt and grime from fabric seats or carpets and mats. Spray directly onto surface and agitate. Wipe off excess with a microfiber cloth. For more intense cleaning use a steam or extractor machine. While cleaning, Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant leaves a polymetric protectant behind that repels dust and dirt. Most cleaners contain surfactants that leave oily residue that attracts dirt and grime causing dirt build up. Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant contains substantive polymers that trap and remove dirt and grime while bonding to the surface to protect it.
  9. Yes sir. If you're using on a DA speed should be set to 1 or the slowest speed.
  10. At one point We purchased pump dispensers from Optimum. This was 3 or 4 years ago. It dispenses 1oz per pump. I know it's more then you need but thought I would share. These dispensers are for the gallon containers. Call the factory and see what they have. They can send it on your next order if it's what your looking for.
  11. Try it now.
  12. Optimum Gloss-Coat™ is the most advanced polymer system that forms a layer of clear coat over automotive finishes. Optimum Gloss-Coat™ provides better scratch and mar resistance, better UV resistance, better chemical etch resistance, and has better release properties than any other consumer product while providing unsurpassed gloss and slickness. Additionally, you can top Optimum Gloss-Coat™ with any non-abrasive wax or sealant of your choice to add additional gloss and slickenss. Optimum Gloss-Coat™ can be used to protect the following surfaces: • painted surfaces • wheels • plastic trim • bumpers • aluminum & chrome surfaces Since Optimum Gloss-Coat™ bonds to surfaces it is applied to, any paint imperfections must be removed with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish before application. Also all waxes and oils must be removed from the surfaces for proper bonding. Directions: 1. Polish paint with Optimum Polish II or Optimum Hyper Polish to remove any defects. 2. Clean surface with 15% IPA solution to remove all polishing oils, waxes, and silicones. 3. Prime the applicator by making an X pattern across the pad. Only a few drops will be needed for each subsequent panel. 4. Wipe Optimum Gloss-Coat™ onto a single panel at a time in a thin layer using two directions, in a circular or front to back direction. 5. Within 5 minutes, inspect the panel with adequate lighting looking for any thick areas that have not flashed away to clear. 6. Use foam applicator or paint safe microfiber to even out any areas where you see streaks. This step is key, as any spots not leveled will have to be polished if allowed to cure. Panels will feel a bit tacky and will be self-leveling during cure time, so avoid any unnecessary touching, wiping, or contact to produce the best results. 7. Repeat steps 1-6 for each panel where application is desired. Not recommended for glass.
  13. Don't know what it could be. It's working on my end.
  14. It sure does. More like bleeds. We use it in the shop and if a car is really bad it turns the floor purple. Mainly wheels. We don't have the problems most big city have with pollution. When it's sprayed on the paint you will see it after a couple minuets. It's a very slick feeling product. Like soap. I've been playing around with the Opti-Clay bar and FerreX to see if it damages the clay when used together. I've found no problems yet with the combination.
  15. The ZENTOOL ZEN-21E Dual Action Polisher represents one of the latest advancements in machine polishing technology. With an orbit (throw) of 21mm, the dual action polisher has evolved to become a leader in efficient cutting power while still maintaining the safe operation expected from a DA polisher. The ZENTOOL ZEN-21E is powered by a 900W motor, and even with the massive 21mm orbit still operates smoother than traditional dual action polishers. The backing plate features ventilated cooling channels to help reduce heat transfer. Due to the large orbit diameter, buffing pad weight plays a major role in maintaining a smooth operating machine. Ideal pad weight for the ZENTOOL-21E is up to 27g. We also recommend operating at speed 4 or lower for automotive polishing to preserve the life of your buffing pads. Power: 900W Orbit: 21mm Weight: 2.4kg Backing Plate: 150mm Warranty: 1 year against manufacturing defects.
