Thanks. I'll post pictures of the project next spring. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  3. new ONR wash and wax

When will the ONR with carnauba be available? I was looking for it on Cyber Monday... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  4. Just ordered my OPT kit

I should get it back on Friday, and it will go immediately into storage. Good thing is that I won't have to deal with the accumulation of paint chips on the hood in the Spring! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5. Help. ONR and houseplants

This is one of the funniest things I've read in some time! Thanks for the laughs! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  7. What pads should I be using?

Thanks for the feedback. The weather turned cold pretty quickly in Toronto, and I was not able to perform the paint correction. Spring can't get here soon enough! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I had an unfortunate fender bender in the Cobra (ask anyone it was his fault! : ) ) that resulted in a little damage to my car (headlight is toast and hood needs to be realigned). I suspect the insurance claim will result in the repainting of the bumper, hood and possibly the front fenders. If this is the case, what would you do? Fix what needs fixing, and polish the rest? Re-paint the car and simply maintain the new paint going forward? I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for your feedback.

    Impressive work!
  10. ONR - First Impressions

Update... I prepped the BMW for the winter today (it was such a beautiful day outside today!), and used ONR as my car wash product. The car had not been touched in 3 weeks due to weather and schedule, and was medium to heavy soiled, therefore a good test for ONR. My final verdict is that this is one impressive product, and that technique is key to the results. I used a spray bottle of ONR to pre-soak (Zep Citrus at 6:1 if required in tougher areas), and used an extremely damp MF towel folded in four and made only one linear pass per quarter of MF, and then repeated the process with a second mildly damp MF to ensure the area was clean, and then dried with another MF. This process resulted in the "just waxed" look several of you were mentioning. I was running out of daylight, so did a quick coat of Klasse AIO, topped with OPT wax - I'm very impressed with the results. At this point I would like to add the new ONR with carnauba as a maintenance wash for the winter.

  13. Which pads for which product?

Just to confirm, I can still use the MF with the items I purchased, correct?
  14. ONR - First Impressions

Hi Chris, the Bimmer is in better condition than the stang. I'm absolutely concluding that my technique was to blame. My stang shines as if I had put an LSP on, however, I didn't have time. Thanks for the feedback.
  15. ONR - First Impressions

I have to believe it was my technique - how could thousands of pros and enthusiasts be wrong! I was convinced enough by the stang to keep using ONR going forward.
