Perfections Detail Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 If your looking for a paint cleaner by hand try poly seal, super easy to use and really one of the top paint cleaners available, but to answer your question you shouldn't swirl the paint with the finishing polish, atleast I haven't on the few spots I've tried by hand.
