Lowejackson
Just found this bit of information https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=757481000991956&id=194159360657459which says ONR can be used in a steamer. Before I consider trying this, just want to make sure this is an approved process and not likely to cause any damage to me or anything else
Oldfordisbetter
Interesting article. I noticed it said you can wash multiple cars without changing ONR solution. Is there any way to know when one should change water? What dilution ratio is recommended to be used in the steamer?
Ron@Optimum
ONR can be used in a steamer at the usual dilution ratio - 1 oz to 2 gallons.
Oldfordisbetter
Not to threadjack, but the article states you can use the same ONR for several cars. How does one know when the ONR is "worn out"?
Ron@Optimum
Not sure there's a way - observation, if it stops cleaning?
No Soap
Old thread but someone told ONR could cause clogging but it was then used in a low pressure pressure washer which sucked ONR wash-level diluted water. He told the seals had somewhat sticky gummy residue on them. Is ONR pure enough or could this clogging thing be true?
boiler
I have never heard of ONR clogging or having any gummy residue. By the way, Boiler is Ron@optimum. For a some reason I could not sign in and got a new log in...
No Soap
It was on YouTube so it must be true? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdUvYUG4YH0 (Dallas Paint Correction & Auto Detailing)
