OS cure in the cold and damp?

If I use OS in the UK winter when it is cold and damp, say 15c to 2c will it cure and last?

Moisture is your enemy, it can't be damp but just add a little more times for the temp and you should be fine. Maybe 1 coat, wait an hour and 2nd coat...then 24 hours before exposing to weather. If you have time you can do an IPA or Prepsol wipe down prior to application to improve adherence.
