Tire Shine is marketed to the average person. It is applied via spray bottle. It leaves a nice matte finish.

Opti-Bond is marketed to professionals. It's recommended that you apply it via spray gun that is fed from an air compressor (1:1 gel/water ratio). It leaves a glossier, more durable finish. There are some pictures around this forum of the Opti-Bond after application. If you do a search for Opti-Bond you should be able to find them.

Hope this helps!
