My second attempt at a follow up perk for full details. I always call to check satisfaction, I'm thinking of giving them a URL of this type of slide show when I call. What do you think?

Please take as a grain of salt.

The client may be opening your presentation show at work, can you mute the music so they can adjust the music level if they wish?

Example - I am sitting in a boring meeting and over my device your email arrives and I go what the heck I will check out his car pictures and then the music comes on.
My bad are not the words I want to utter during the meeting.

I send my presentations without any sound.

I like this one as well. I think trying to spell out that URL over the phone could get a bit confusing though. What about sending the address along with a personal note on a postcard and you could have your business logo on the front?

I thought I'd email the link to them, or tell them to check my myspace page and link it to play there. That way they can look at other's vehicles and hopefully peek more interest.

Ah okay, that makes sense. From your original post it sounded like you were planning on just giving them the address when you made the follow up call.

I did at first and then I noticed the same thing you did. Now I can tell them their B&A's will be at myspace.com/integritydetail in a couple days when I deliver it, then remind them to check theirs out during the follow-up call. I'm working on my website, but myspace will work for now.
