  1. Hyper Seal would give you the best durability, plus UV and chemical protection...short of ceramic it would be my choice (and it contains some ceramic).
  2. it would take multiple applications of concentrated Power Clean to remove Hyper Seal...the addition of ceramic makes it even tougher!
  3. Dr G states ONR does have anti-bacterial benefits (car wash does not), but Optimum cannot claim without getting FDA approval and that's not worth the effort. FYI
  4. My bad, "Assure", not Aspire. You're asking a lot from a car wash and I don't know any that do all the things you mention, would be a very complicated chemistry. What do "wash & clean" have to do with killing germs? https://www.opticoat.com/product/optimum-assure/
  5. I don't believe any car wash product is anti-bacterial. Optimum Aspire, however, is anti-bacteria, fungus, mildew - revolutionary product that cleans and disinfects surfaces from most common bacteria including Covid-19 virus as well being a fungicide and controlling mildew. Assure disinfects and deodorizes hard, non-porous surfaces such as: cars, trucks, campers, RVs, boats and other watercraft including ships and barges, public transportation, trains, taxis, airplanes, and helicopters. Assure kills 99.9% of household and institutional bacteria and viruses including Covid-19 virus on hard non-porous surfaces.
  6. Easy to apply and easy to use too much (specially with it's sprayer) - prime the pad/towel, then a couple sprays on the paint - spread until the applicator gets grabby, then add another spray or 2. If it streaks you're using too much...easy to remove streaks with an ONR dampened MF. Use on every surface (except rubber, doesn't bond) - paint, glass, plastic, metal, vinyl, etc
  7. So far so good - have had road trips and lots of rain so have maintained with new Optimum Waterless Wash & Shine and Ultra still looks great - is slick AND beads water like a demon! I applied it as a drying aid, spray on wet panel then dry. Short of ceramic coating, Ultra or Hyper Seal are very close to spray on ceramics. On my garage queen I primed a microfiber and sprayed directly on the paint. Since the little beauty rarely gets out, can't speak to durability, but it sure is shiny!
  8. that's a point of difference between Opti-Seal, Ultra, and Hyper Seal - you can use OS on interiors including leather. Ultra and Hyper are too slick to be used on seats. I've used Opti-Seal on interior trim, but not seats (my seats are all treated with Opti-Guard Leather). OS restored some color to faded door/dash vinyl and protected it against future fading.
  9. Power Clean is a much stronger cleaner and may be overkill for most jobs, plus it needs to be rinsed/wiped off so adds labor. I'd only consider Power Clean for pre spray on really dirty car or for specific jobs like bugs, sap, tar, etc. ONR at 16:1 is usually sufficient. No chemical short of industrial strength acid will remove OPT ceramic coatings, so you safe using Power Clean or any other Optimum cleaner.
  10. V5 can leave minor staining on trim, but it's easily removed with ONR, Power Clean, or Hyper Polish.
  11. I tried the new Tire & Wheel Cleaner and felt it did a better job than Power Clean (frankly surprised me) - not sure it it's the foaming action. Really bad spots took a 2nd application, but that's typical for tires in my experience.
  12. 256:1 will work to give you a head start, but 16:1 is Optimum's recommended pre-spray/quick detailer ratio and will do the best job on hard to remove stuff (tar, sap, bug guts, brake dust, etc).
  13. Pre-spray is particularly helpful in removing bug guts, tar, sap, bird crap, etc - also works on tires/wheels and heavy dirt deposits on the lower panels. It begins to dissolve that stuff, making it easier to remove with the normal ONR wash.
  14. FerreX makes an excellent clay lube and is safe - I use it once per season, but that's all I clay. For what it's worth I think some people clay too often, unless you live in a high pollution/industrial area, once per year should be sufficient.
