    Water spots. Acid bath required?

Thanks! Last thing. I do notice a few spots in the windows. My side windows are coated with pro plus as well so should I be fine? For the front window I have glass pro. Would that be ok to use as well?

    Warranty issue?

How do I start this process

    Warranty issue?

These are not water spots. I took the truck to look at water spots and also these defects. He said he can fix it but the entire door would need recoated. These spots appeared a few days after I got the truck coated and before I ever washed it so it’s impossible to be water spots. This is why I’m wondering if it’s covered under warranty.
  6. On my front window I have opti glass pro coating and on all other windows I have option pro plus. My question can I use rain X on top of the without an issue? I feel like it beeds water better but the coatings are absolutely amazing for cleaning and protecting the window! I use rainX on another older car I have and I never have to use the wipers, ever. I find with the glass pro coating I still have to use the wipers some Im also open to other options as well

    Warranty issue?

I guess ill have to call but I went to my local dealer with questions about water sports and I also wanted him to look at some spots that appeared after I had my coating installed. It looks like 4 or 5 drops formed. The dealer said the entire door would need to be recoated. Would this be a warranty issue? 8. I went to a local detailing shot and wanted to see if he can remove water spots off my truck. I have the pro plus coating and he wants to charge $250 for an acrid bath to remove the spots. I was under the impression that since I have the pro plus coating that MDR should remove these without an issue?
  9. Follow up. If I add to much ONR is anything bad going to happen besides waste of product?
  10. Thanks for everyone’s help. And sorry for the delay in replies. I work retail so it’s my busy time of the year. I will try adding more ONR and if that doesn’t help will try distilled Water as well inwill talk to my retailer about removing water spots. I’m assuming they won’t come off without treatment if some sort?
  11. 4 cap fulls for a 5gallon bucket ill get in contact with my guy about what he thinks. Ill get him to remove the spots maybe and ill try distilled water like you suggested
  12. Yellow onr water spots have always been an issue but I figured it would just wipe off since I have pro plus installed if it matters I also filled a spray bottle and pre sprayed before I did the no rinse wash
  13. I have Opti pro plus on my truck. Did my first maintenance wash and I have a lot of small water spots now. I do have hard water. What steps should I take? i applied hyper seal while wet(one squire per panel) and I don’t have that slick feeling like when I had the costing installed. Is that normal or would I be better applying after I dry?
  14. Thanks Ron. just a quick follow up about storing the big red sponge? also how would you clean the sponge? Wash like a microfiber towel?
  15. I had my new truck done and I love it. I want to do my daily driver (car) and I don't want to spend $1300 to have it done on an older car, id rather do it myself. If a regular consumer can't buy it what product should I be looking for?
