high spots

Dear Gurus,

I have 2 high spots resulting from a little too much OptiGuard. I'm sure this has been asked before, but I just want to be sure about the proper remedy. Essentially these spots are more accurately described as streaks. Can I simply polish them with a small finishing pad, e.g. a 3 inch Lake Country crimson + Optimum Finish polish? What speed do I need to use on a Meguiar's G110 polisher? I applied the coating last week and am just overjoyed about the way my humble car now looks. ^_^

Thanks in Advance

I'd start with either Poli Seal or GPS.and go light and easy. If that doesn't smooth them out, go a little higher speed, then move up the scale of more aggressive polishes.

I've removed really high spots very easily with OPT Finish and Poli-Seal. Poli-Seal worked a bit quicker. I even purposely made a high spot on my one window to see which worked better. The Poli-Seal on a black Meguiars finishing pad, by hand, with pretty much no pressure worked quickest.
