Resently I noticed that the gloss of one tire has gone slowly while the other one is still good. And then I go back to the directions. 3.Allow to penetrate,then wipe away any excess. Yes I did it . I really waited for more than 5 min before I wipe it .Is it enough? Sorry I forget to take the picture. I have no idea what's the factor . I have two questions. How much time do I have to wait? I normally don't let anything sit as I rub it in and walk away. I don't know if this helps but tire shine is not a biggie for me since as I mentioned, I havent' found any product to last.
