A thorough rinse...

I would really just hand polish the car with something like poli-seal and seal it with opti-seal if it was me. You would get much more gloss and bonding with that rather than with using power clean and wash & seal.

From Dann and Yvan - Power Clean is a decontaminate that removes sealants.  It also "scars" ceramic coatings, a temporary effect that masks the hydrophobic qualities of coatings, but disappears quickly.  FYI

Yeah, or maybe PC just clogs the sealant or coating...but it doesn't stick to the coating for long.   Call me a heretic.
