CptanPanic
I have an older bottle of opti-seal and the pump bottle sprays, but is not easy to press. I am guessing this is because maybe some of the optiseal has dried in the nozzle? Is it possible to soak in something to clean it out? Ron@Optimum
I'd soak it in APC or dish detergent to see if the blockage dissolves.
A&J
Opti seal dried 🤔 Thats a first...Ive had a 5 year old bottle of opti seal and it worked flawlessly. Do what Ron suggested or replace the sprayer.
No Soap
Same here, never happened (knock-knock) for me either.
bird-keeper
Along those same lines, I have a bottle of Opti Glass Coating. I used it once on my DD and then came back several months later to apply to a different car and the sprayer was clogged. It still sprays, but is no longer a mist. Can I soak this sprayer in PC or is the glass coating not affected by PC?

This is a recurring problem with this product. The Guz says to flush it out with water after using. I'm not sure if I ever got mine unclogged, I haven't used it in a while.
