Thomkirby
I was using my synthetic clay mitt and grab the T.A.R. bottle instead of the Spray Wax. It was a fast reaction on the clay mitt as it started streaking on the paint. Is the clay mitt ruined? Is it possible to correct my error on the clay mitt? Resolve the paint film it created with MF and T.A.R only but what a lesson on a white car! Ashamed
Ron@Optimum
Have seen this before, when someone tried to be creative and use TAR as a clay lube - the TAR destroys the clay mitt. Most likely you've ruined the mitt.
A&J
Ive tried similar (with other manufacturer products) with a clay bar...yeah...bad idea...rinse it well and check it for damage but most likely the mitt is gone!
Lowejackson
Perhaps one lesson could be to avoid the same mistake by using some coloured tape or similar to clearly identify TAR from OCW
A&J
😂 maybe that would be a good idea

Also a small challenge for OPT, keep the brand identity and differentiate strong chemicals from waxes etc!
