OptiCoat Pro+

I just had my 2024 Toyota SUV coated with the 7 year opti pro+ and I’m not sure that it was done correctly or even at all on some panels. For example, the doors feel slick like a phones screen but the roof and hood do not. And the center area of my roof has water spots which worries me that either the opti wasn’t even applied here or they applied it over the spots and sealed them in. Vehicle has been garaged since pick up so it can’t be that I got it wet. I’ll have to double check those spots with a moist microfiber… The hood, front bumper and roof areas feel dry like after a strip wash. However the entire vehicle is shiny but it may just be placebo and it’s very new also just has couple thousand miles.

The coating was installed on June 5 2024, I was able to pick up my vehicle on June 6 mid day. Today is the 7th and I’m not sure what I should be expecting. I thought the whole car would feel slick like a waxed vehicle feels. I paid a lot for it to be applied to all painted exterior panels and the interior. No glass, no trim, no wheels; I applied a graphene treatment myself in those areas.
